Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to our website and the people who contact us.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Who we are
A-Sharp Consulting (“A-Sharp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a managed services provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our website at www.asharpconsulting.com and through related channels (email, phone, contact forms).
This policy applies only to information collected through our website and direct communications with you. It does not cover information we process on behalf of our managed-services clients under separate contractual agreements — that data is governed by those agreements and any applicable data processing addenda.
2. Information we collect
We collect a limited amount of information when you interact with us:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message content when you submit our contact form or email us. If you call us, we may take notes about the conversation.
- Information collected automatically — basic browser and device information (browser type, operating system, referring page, approximate location, pages visited) gathered through standard server logs. We do not currently use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Send you information you've asked for (proposals, follow-up communications, scheduling, etc.).
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- Comply with legal obligations, defend our legal rights, and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services we use
To operate our website and contact form, we rely on a small number of third-party service providers:
- Formspree — we use Formspree to deliver submissions from our contact form to our team inbox. Information you submit through our contact form is transmitted through Formspree's infrastructure. See Formspree's privacy practices at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Hosting provider — our website is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which may collect standard server logs as described above.
- Google Fonts — we load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may collect basic request information when fonts load.
These third parties act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy practices. We work to limit data shared with third parties to what is necessary for them to provide their service.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward to support potential follow-up, generally not longer than three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of that information, and the right to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the “Contact us” section below.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
8. Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on our website. Your continued use of our website after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
