1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.asharpconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by A-Sharp Consulting (“A-Sharp,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They do not replace or modify any separate written agreement between you and A-Sharp for managed services, professional services, or other engagements. Where a separate written agreement exists, it controls the terms of that engagement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for the purposes described above. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any A-Sharp intellectual property to you.

Stock photographs displayed on the Site are licensed from third-party providers under their respective terms.

4. Pricing estimator and other tools

The pricing estimator and other interactive tools available on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. The numbers they generate are ballpark estimates based on industry benchmarks and high-level inputs. They are not quotes, offers, or contractually binding pricing. Actual pricing depends on your specific environment and is set through a written services agreement.

5. Information you submit

By submitting information through the Site's contact form or related channels, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it, and that you agree to our Privacy Policy. We may use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (for example, Formspree for contact-form delivery, Google Fonts for typefaces, our hosting and DNS providers, and external resources we reference). 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for the resolution of any disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
